RRM Outcomes: Published Evidence documents the live birth rates achieved by Restorative Reproductive Medicine and NaProTECHNOLOGY in peer-reviewed literature. Several key studies characterize outcomes across diverse infertility populations.

Boyle et al. (2025, Journal of Restorative Reproductive Medicine, n=187, NeoFertility Dublin) reported a crude live birth rate of 41%, with a preterm birth rate in singletons of 4.0%. Sanchez-Mendez et al. (2025, Frontiers in Reproductive Health, n=1,310) reported a crude live birth rate of 35.3% and adjusted cumulative rates of 50.0% at 24 months and 62.1% at 36 or more months. Stanford et al. (2021, BMC Pregnancy and Childbirth) reported a cumulative live birth rate of 29% at 24 months in a primary infertility population, rising to 34% for women under age 35. Stanford et al. (2022, Human Reproduction Open) followed the iNEST cohort of 834 couples for up to three years and reported that 57% had at least one pregnancy and 44% had at least one live birth. Tham et al. (2012, Canadian Family Physician, n=108) reported an adjusted cumulative live birth rate of 66% at 24 months.

These outcomes compare favorably to IVF. Boyle et al. benchmarked their 2019 cohort against that year's IVF data: the UK's Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority reported a 33.7% live birth rate per fresh embryo transferred for women under 35, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported an 11.8% preterm birth rate for singleton IVF pregnancies, and the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology reported a 14.4% rate across all IVF pregnancies. NeoFertility's 41% crude live birth rate, 4.0% singleton preterm birth rate, and 2.5% multiple pregnancy rate all outperformed those benchmarks. The evidence base reflects outcomes achieved by identifying and treating root causes in both partners rather than bypassing reproductive physiology.
