The International Institute for Restorative Reproductive Medicine (IIRRM) is the global professional society for clinicians, researchers, and allied health professionals working in the field of restorative reproductive medicine. Founded in London, UK in 2000, it is registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) in England and Wales.

With members across more than 50 countries, the IIRRM promotes evidence-based RRM practice, establishes professional standards, and sponsors research, including the STORRM outcomes registry conducted in collaboration with the University of Utah. The institute provides educational programming and brings together clinicians and researchers who practice across the range of restorative reproductive medicine approaches, including NaProTechnology, NeoFertility, and FEMM.
